Shipping and Returns

All prices are listed in Euros. Currency selector can be used to provide a reference price in other currencies, however the checkout will be in Euros.

1. Payment

We accept PayPal and major credit cards as a method of payment for your orders.
It is also possible to pay via bank transfer (for customers within European Union only). Payment is expected within 48 hours after placing an order, otherwise the order will be cancelled and items restocked.

2. Shipping

We understand that you would like to get your products as soon as possible, so orders will be fulfilled and ready for shipping within 24-48 hours on business days. However, during sales, launches/restocks and busy holiday periods they may take longer to be fulfilled.

All orders are usually picked up by our shipping company the following business day after being fulfilled and are then taken to a depot to be sent to their destinations.

Australian customers please note that Australia Post does not provide online tracking for interntional registered mail items and therefore limited tracking is available for your country. 

Please note, currently we do not ship to Switzerland.


Please note that all orders sent to outside of the EU may be subject to additional duties, taxes, and customs processing fees. These are not included in the prices listed on our website. You will be responsible for all import duties, taxes and customs processing fees charged by the country you are shipping to. Prior to placing an order, please consult with your local customs agency to find out more information regarding the amount of duties, taxes, or fees you may have to pay.


3. Approximate delivery times


Small non-trackable padded envelopes: 5 days to 2 months, depending on destination and local Customs processing time;


Standard trackable parcels: (business days, excluding weekends)

Netherlands (DPD) - 1-2 days
Belgium, Germany – 1-2 days (DPD), 2-5 days (DHL/BPost)

France, Luxembourg, Austria, UK – 1-2 weeks

Rest of EU, Norway – 1-2 weeks
Rest of Europe – 2-3 weeks
USA, Australia – 2-3 weeks
Russia, South America – 2-12 weeks
Rest of world – 2-12 weeks


Delivery times may be longer during busy holiday periods.



4. Lost parcel claim process

Small non-trackable padded envelopes:

Please note that there is no tracking or delivery confirmation available for this shipping option, therefore we are unable to refund or re-ship your order in the event of loss in transit. We can provide proof of postage of these mail items upon request. Please only select this shipping option if you accept the risk.

Standard trackable parcels:

If the order remains undelivered beyond the timeframe specified in Approximate Delivery Times above, we can raise a claim with our carrier. Before contacting us about your order, please check the following:

If you answered "yes" to all of the above, please contact us via "Contact Us" tab, and we will submit a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Please note, under the international postal agreement it may take anywhere from 1 week to 2 months for investigation to be completed (depending on origin and destination postal services' processing speed). Unfortunately we are unable to speed up these processing times - this is something beyond our control. We will contact you with any updates or further information requests as we receive them.


If your order tracking indicates that the parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, we advise to check with your neighbours or local postal collection office  first to see if it has been delivered there. If you still cannot locate the order, please contact us so we could request an investigation with the carrier. The outcome of the investigation would depend on your local postal service's terms and conditions of delivery.


5. Returns and refunds

All polishes are shipped individually bubble wrapped. In the unfortunate event that a bottle leaks or arrives broken, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the order, and supply photo of the outside of the package with the shipping label clearly visible, as well as the inside showing the broken/leaked polish. We will try to resolve the issue by re-shipping or refunding the product, depending on stock levels. Replacement product will always be the same as the original product ordered.

Unfortuantely we cannot accept claims of damages submitted more than 5 days after receiving the order, as required by postal companies.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt provided the item(s) are unopened and in their original condition and packaging. Please email us first if you would like to return an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, full refund less shipping costs will be provided within 7 days of receiving the item(s) back by applying a credit to you original method of payment.

If your order is returned to us because you were absent during delivery or refuse the parcel, we will either refund the order amount minus the restocking fee of 10% and the original shipping charge, or you can pay the cost of postage again to have it re-shipped.

6. Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned and refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
