Cirque Colors - White Lie (LE)

White Lie is a limited edition neon white crème nail polish.

Cirque's neon polishes are custom-formulated to be worn without a white base color and its UV reactive properties means it glows under black light. As always, our crème polishes feature a smooth, high quality formula for ease of use and long lasting wear.

NOTES: Neon polishes dry to a satin finish. We recommend applying a layer of top coat for a glossy shine.  Neon polishes may fade over time, store product in a cool, dark place but most of all, wear it more sooner than later :)
