Misty Morning is a light blue flash reactive glitter nail polish topper in a clear base. It contains special glitter particles that bounce back direct light (such as sunlight or strong indoor bulbs) for an intense sparkle effect.
Please note glitter polishes dry slightly textured. We recommend applying 2 layers of Quick Dry Top Coat to smooth out the finish.
