BASE- A dark teal green jelly base.
GLITTER- Turquoise holographic glitters.
OPAQUE- in 2 to 3 coats depending on your application.
Fishing will most likely be required as the large glitters have a tendency to sink and slide off the brush. A gentle shake before use will help distribute the glitter.
